FITNESS. The word that can mean so many things, to so many people. At Full Circle Spin and Fitness, our goal is to not have that word evoke fear. Every person that walks in our door is an individual with individual needs and goals. We are an environment of fun, positivity, and support for each other.
We offer indoor cycling, or as we say "spin", as well as multiple cardio and strength classes. We welcome questions, suggestions, and teamwork to create the best experience possible to become our healthiest selves.

MISTY RUTHERFORD
Owner/Instructor
Misty is the former owner of The Mix Nutrition and The Fit Factory, a wife, mom and grand mom (aka...Lolli). She has had a passion for health and fitness since she was a teenager. She has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2012 and is currently certified in Kettlebells, Turbo Kick, RIPPED, PIYO, Barre, Pound, and Spinning. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and has taken several nutrition courses. Misty spends an absurd amount of time creating playlists to ensure that the room is always full of energy and her class is excited. When you come to one of her classes , get ready to work hard and walk out with a sweaty smile.
KIM CORNISH

My name is Kim and I am the proud mom of 3 wonderful boys. My fitness journey started 11 years ago when I decided that I needed to make healthier choices and live a more active lifestyle to keep up with my boys. I have always had a passion for dancing and choreography and decided to step out of my comfort zone became Zumba certified. I loved the energy, entertainment and bonding that came with teaching group fitness. A little over 3 years ago I was introduced to spin classes and instantly fell in love. I enjoy bringing my passion for dance to the bike. I can smile, groove, and sweat and not even realize that I just got in a great workout. It gives my heart such joy to help others reach their fitness goals while maintaining my own.
TIRISSA RUBLE

I've lived in Lawrenceburg for the past twelve years, with my husband and two children. For me, fitness is a life-long journey and not a destination. My journey began, at the age of 3, with dancing, and continued throughout college. Today, I have taken that love of dance and turned it into fitness instruction. I taught Zumba for many years before becoming Barre Certified. I love all the elements of strength, flexibility, and dance that Barre incorporates. It's fun, challenging, and for all fitness levels. I am so excited to be bringing Barre Strong to you at Full Circle Studio.
JAMIE WHITE

My name is Jamie White. I can't remember when fitness or exercise was not a part of my daily routine. I have been a fitness instructor for approximately 9 years. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Group Fitness is a way to connect with others who share those same goals. I am certified in many formats including Spin, Turbo Kick, and P90X.
ALICIA GEHEFER

I’ve been involved with group fitness for many years, first on my personal journey to healthy living, then 5 years ago, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become a group fitness instructor. I searched for a format that wasn’t already being taught and came across Total Body Tabata! I immediately fell in love with the challenge and THE RESULTS! Since then I’ve added Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance, AMPD Burn, AMPD Build, TBT Leverage and TBT Reps as well. I LOVE being an instructor and love sharing my classes!
My biggest motivation is seeing my classes succeed & having fun while doing it!!
CLASSES

INDOOR CYCLING
Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized sport , is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
BARRE
Barre is a low-impact, strength class with inspirations from ballet, yoga, and pilates, and designed to strengthen and sculpt long, lean muscles. It focuses on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements to slim and stretch the entire body. Benefits of barre include improved posture and flexibility, strengthening of all muscle groups, low impact movements for every body type and ability level. This class truly is for EVERYONE.
P90X
A circuit format workout where you go from workout to workout with little rest between, as to keep the heart rate up. It is a whole body workout and has modifications so any skill level can do it.

PIYO
Piyo is a low-impact exercise that doesn't involve jumping, which lowers your risk of soft-tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, and bruises. This program is for you if you're looking for a movement-based way to shape your body by building muscle tone and reducing fat. No weights are used in this class.
ZUMBA
Zumba routines incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms- to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Zumba is an aerobic activity that takes the "work" out of workout by burning calories at a dance fitness party.

BODY COMBAT
LesMills
is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
